An old wood-sided house on Bosque Boulevard, wrapped entirely in gorillas: one glowering with lit white eyes, one grinning around a pipe, pink and purple smoke curling between them like weather. This is the work of Skcoobaveli Trevino — muralist, tattooer, graffiti writer and working stand-up comedian, profiled around town as “the Skcumbag with the paint mag,” a name he chose specifically so you'd have to get past it to meet him. Don't judge a book by its cover: the man once spray-painted a memorial portrait that brought a community vigil to tears, the city featured him in its own artist video series, and his tag is hiding on commissioned walls all over Waco.

Here he took a smoke shop's gorilla logo and let it go feral across a whole building — brand mascot as king-size character study. It's loud, it's uncredited on any official map, and it's exactly the kind of homegrown wall this trail exists to point at.
