He's not sneaking AWAY from the zoo. He's sneaking INTO line.
Whisper heard there was a line to get into the zoo, and Whisper does not do lines. So he dropped low, ears forward, one paw in the air — and began the slowest, sneakiest line-cut in Texas history. He's been mid-sneak on this rock since 2003. Nobody has the heart to tell him that the zoo is free for foxes and everyone can see him.
